Softek TDMF, Mainframe Edition
ID / Password Help


Users wishing to download most files from the Softek TDMF, Mainframe Edition web site are required to have an active maintenance contract. When prompted, your ID is the 5 digit Softek site number (Customers with an enterprise key need to use their assigned enterprise number) and the password will be the 16 digit KEY01 value of your current security key(s). Both of these values are available on the TSO Monitor panel 'Display/Modify Installation Security Environment'.

Customers under EDS, or Storage Technology contracts may send an email to the Softek TDMF, Mainframe Editon Product Manager (see right sidebar under Email Contacts) to request the required ID / PASSWORD.

Hints:

  • The ID must be 5 digits, you must include leading zeros.
  • The Password is case sensitive, each alpha digit must be in uppercase.
  • Most people find it easier to   PASTE   the password in the security prompt. Once the PASSWORD is copied to the clipboard, use   CTRL-v   to paste the data.
