Users wishing to download most files from the Softek Replicator website are required to have an active maintenance contract.
With an active maintenance contract, you are entitled to request an Account. Your account username and password will give you access to the Softek Call Tracking System, where you can enter and track issues. In addition, your username and password may be used to download technical documentation and product patches and upgrades.

- The UserID and password are case sensitive.
- No special characters or spaces are allowed in the username or password.
