| Sending Information to Softek Support via email
Security Restrictions:
- Total email attachments ( per email ) are limited to 10MB, if a single file exceeds 10MB please use ftp.
- Please use simple filenames with a single extension.
To allow us to identify files easily, please include the Case number and type of data in the file name
e.g. C32776-report.zip C32776-syslog.zip
Please include in the email full details of the transferred files including correct filenames.
