ID/Password Help

Users wishing to download most files from the Data Mobility Console for z/OS web site are required to have an active maintenance contract.   When prompted, your ID is the 5 digit Softek site number (Customers with an enterprise key need to use their assigned enterprise number) and the password will be the 16 digit KEY01 value of your current security key(s).

The ID / PASSWORD needed was included in the email that contained the enabling keys.   If you can not find that email, the Softek Global Support Center can help.

Hints:

  • The ID must be 5 digits, you must include leading zeros.
  • The Password is case sensitive, each alpha digit must be in uppercase.
  • Most people find it easier to   PASTE   the password in the security prompt.   Once the PASSWORD is copied to the clipboard, use   CTRL-v   to paste the data.
